Pat Beekman is running to be your next state senator for District 16, representing Aiea, Pearl City, Halawa, and Pacific Palisades. As someone born and reared in Hawaii, she deeply cares about our community and future. We live in paradise, but paradise faces serious challenges. Pat is committed to tackling them head-on.
Her background uniquely positions her to serve you effectively. She’s an Air Force veteran and has worked as a financial analyst in Palm Beach County, Florida, an international consultant in Tokyo, and a Japanese-speaking account executive for Ko Olina. She lived for around 30 years on the mainland, one year in Canada, and 13 years in Japan.
Pat served as chair of the Red Hill Fuels Tank Committee for three years, stepping down upon completing her elected Aiea Neighborhood Board term in 2021. Since then she has served as a district chair of the Republican party, elected by her fellow Aiea Republicans.
